What is Dry-Aged Beef?
Dry-aged beef is all about flavor and tenderness. It’s a traditional process where premium cuts of beef are stored in a temperature- and humidity-controlled environment for several weeks. During this time, two amazing things happen:
Moisture slowly evaporates, concentrating the beef’s natural flavors.
Enzymes naturally break down the muscle fibers, making the meat incredibly tender.
The result? A rich, buttery, almost nutty flavor and a melt-in-your-mouth texture that you just can’t get from regular beef.
